Refund & Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items

  • Customized or personalized items (including made-to-order pieces) are non-refundable, unless received damaged or defective.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

How to request a return

Email us at care@jazzlamoie.com with:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) to return
  • Reason for return (optional)

If approved, return instructions will be provided by email.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
